Not as simple as more charter schools, but not as simple as leave teachers alone and solve poverty first. What is the purpose of schools? Could a nation agree? Maybe a small one. Maybe a state could, or a city, a district. Certainly a community could?
But never entirely. People will hate your school. People will love it too.
